Notes on running multiple small products
Running several products at once means accepting that none of them will get the full attention of a big team. That’s fine as long as each one stays focused.
The firm site exists mainly as a map. The real work happens on the individual product domains — updates, support, pricing, and everything else. PortSnap, Snaparc, IPStik, MyFitTools, MyCryptoCal, and MyForexTools each carry their own weight.
This setup only works if the products themselves remain clear and limited in scope. When every tool tries to do too much, the whole collection becomes harder to maintain and harder for users to understand. Keeping each product narrow has been the practical way to keep the whole thing running.
One brand, multiple independent tools, each responsible for its own results.
